Julia Dennis earned softball All-America honors in both 1984 and 1985. Her skills in both pitching and hitting helped the Gators to NCAA playoff berths in 1983 and 1985. Dennis posted a remarkable career pitching record of 63-16 with a 0.70 ERA and 306 strikeouts and a career batting average of .352.
