Allegheny College Athletics

 

The Allegheny College Sports Medicine Team's mission is to provide high-quality sports medicine services to the student-athletes enrolled at Allegheny College. These services include injury and illness prevention, as well as the management, rehabilitation, and education of sport-related injuries. This is accomplished by utilizing current Sports Medicine expertise and techniques in compliance with Board of Certification (BOC) and National Athletic Trainers' Association (NATA) standards of practice. Our team physician is Christopher Rial, DO, who works closely with Mike Carr, director of sports medicine, and the staff at the Meadville Medical Center serve our Gator student-athletes.

The Winslow Health Center, as well as the Counseling and Personnel Development Center, are located in Schultz Hall of Allegheny College, to provide full-service medical care for our student-athletes.
