MEADVILLE, Pa. -- Six student-athletes from the Allegheny College women's soccer team earned College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District honors in celebration of their work on the pitch and in the classroom.
Senior
Emma Milligan (Parkesburg, Pa./Octorara), juniors
Casey Bender (Allentown, Pa./Emmaus),
Karley Johnson (Zionsville, Ind./Zionsville Community),
Katherine Surdykowski (Chesterfield, N.J./Northern Burlington County Regional), and
Kylie Upton (Carmel, Ind./Carmel), and sophomore
Madeline Schneider (Poolesville, Md./Stone Ridge School of the Sacred Heart) were all named to the 2025 CSC Academic All-District Team. Milligan was recognized for the third time in as many years, while Johnson, Surdykowski, and Upton were repeat selections.
To be eligible for Academic All-District honors, student-athletes must be at least a sophomore with a cumulative grade-point average of 3.5 or higher, and have played in at least 90 percent or started in 66 percent of the team's competitions throughout the season.
Select Academic All-District winners will advance to the CSC Academic All-America ballot. First-, Second, and Third-Team Academic All-America honorees will be announced in December.
