PAC Release
TRAFFORD, Pa. – Five members of the Allegheny women's soccer team were named to 2025 All-Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Teams for their performances throughout the fall season.
Midfielder
Katherine Surdykowski (Chesterfield, N.J./Northern Burlington County Regional) led the Gators with a First Team selection. Defender
Emma Milligan (Parkesburg, Pa./Octorara) was named to the Second Team while goalkeeper
Alex Augustine (Fishers, Ind./Hamilton Southeastern), midfielder
Serena Carnahan (Plum, Pa./Plum) and forward
Casey Bender (Allentown, Pa./Emmaus) were named Honorable Mention.
Surdykowski led the team with eight goals and one assist, a total of 17 points. It marks the second First Team honor and third overall honor for the junior. Surykowski tallied multi-goal efforts against Carlow and Bethany. She also had goals against Capital, Chatham, Geneva and Thiel. The eight goals were seventh best in the conference. Of those eight goals, three proved to be gamewinners.
Milligan was named to the Second Team after being an Honorable Mention last season. The senior defender started all 20 games for the Gators and accumulated over 1,700 minutes. In 16 games, she played the entirety of the contest. She helped anchor the Gator defense which allowed just 1.30 goals per game this season.
Augustine earned Honorable Mention accolades in her first season with the Gators. She finished the season with 108 saves. Augustine recorded shutouts against Chatham and Bethany. She made 10 or more saves three times, including a season-high 18 against Penn State Behrend. She earned PAC Defensive Player of the Week honors as well this season.
Carnahan was also named Honorable Mention in her first year. The midfielder played and started in all 20 games for the Gators. Carnahan scored her first collegiate goal against Hiram. For the season, she accumulated over 1,350 minutes on the field, and was named as a PAC Newcomer of the Week.
Bender earned her first All-PAC award, being named an Honorable Mention. She finished third on the team with 10 points on four goals and two assists. The junior found the back of the net against Marietta, Grove City, Washington and Jefferson and Thiel. Bender also had assists against Geneva and Hiram.

Madison Lemanski (Bear, Del./Delaware Military Academy) as named to the All-PAC Sportsmanship Team. The PAC Sportsmanship Teams were established to recognize student-athletes who have distinguished themselves through demonstrated acts of sportsmanship and ethical behavior, and are an ongoing effort to recognize and encourage positive sportsmanship among all PAC teams and student-athletes.
