PAC Release
TRAFFORD, Pa. -- The Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) announced its All-PAC Teams and postseason awards for the 2026 campaign on Tuesday night, which included three members of the Allegheny College women's lacrosse team.
Second-year midfielder
Erin Lowthert (Lewisburg, Pa./Lewisburg Area) led the Gators with a spot on the All-PAC First Team. A playmaker in all phases of the game, Lowthert netted a team-high 41 goals and won a team-leading 68 draw controls. She also finished second in both ground balls (49) and caused turnovers (27). The sophomore standout scored in bunches, as she found the net three or more times in eight games. That included a seven-goal, eight-point performance in an 18-2 victory against Thiel College on April 20, followed by a six-goal effort in a 19-5 win at Geneva College two days later.
One of the brightest young defenders in the entire conference, first-year
Duchess Jackson (Washington, D.C./National Cathedral School) was voted to the All-PAC Second Team. Jackson paced all Gators with 51 ground balls and 29 caused turnovers, ranking top 10 in the PAC in both categories. She picked up seven ground balls with four caused turnovers in back-to-back games against Mount Aloysius College and Buffalo State in March. Although known for her tenacity on defense, Jackson also scored a hat trick in her first opportunity to play midfield against Hiram College on April 15.
Sophomore goalie
Ella Ashton (Landisville, Pa./Hempfield) was named an All-PAC Honorable Mention. In 14 starts, Ashton ranked second in the conference with a .452 save percentage and third with 7.53 saves per game. She made double-digit saves in five appearances, including 12 in a narrow 9-8 road victory at Saint Vincent College on March 31.
Fellow sophomore
Caroline Smith (Colorado Springs, Colo./Liberty) was recognized as Allegheny's representative on the PAC Sportsmanship Team. The PAC Sportsmanship Teams were established to recognize student-athletes who have distinguished themselves through demonstrated acts of sportsmanship and ethical behavior, and are an ongoing effort to recognize and encourage positive sportsmanship among all PAC teams.
