MEADVILLE, Pa. – Three student-athletes from the Allegheny Softball team earned College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Honors for their performances on the field and in the classroom during the 2026 season.
Madison Hulse (San Diego, Calif./Rancho Bernardo),
Morgan Kinney (Brunswick, Ohio/Brunswick) and
Rachel Seneca (Harrisburg, Pa./Bishop McDevitt) earned the honors.
For Hulse, this marks her second time earning the award.
To be eligible for Academic All-District honors, student-athletes must be at least a sophomore with a cumulative grade-point average of 3.5 or higher, and must compete in 90 percent of the institution's games played or must start in at least 66 percent of the institution's games. For pitchers, a student-athlete must have made at least 17 appearances or pitched 35 innings.
Academic All-District winners advance to the CSC Academic All-America ballot. First-, Second-, and Third-Team Academic All-America honorees will be announced in June.
