Second-year standout Grace Melocchi (Pittsburgh, Pa./Shaler) picked up Allegheny's only victory in the first individual race of the afternoon. Melocchi defeated SFU's Abby King head-to-head in the 1,000-yard freestyle, beating King by nearly three-and-a-half seconds with a time of 11:32.77.
