Swim Teams Earn CSCAA Fall Scholar All-America Awards

CSCAA Release

RICHMOND, Va. --
The Allegheny College men's and women's swim teams were both recognized by the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) for their academic prowess during the fall semester.

The CSCAA named both Gator squads as 2025 Fall Scholar All-America Teams. It marked the fifth consecutive semester that the men and women have earned the distinction together. To qualify, teams must achieve a grade-point average of at least 3.0 during the fall semester. Both teams exceeded that mark: the Allegheny men earned a 3.59 GPA, while the women finished with a 3.55.

In total, 711 teams representing 415 institutions from across all levels of collegiate swimming and diving were honored. Allegheny was one of five Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) members that earned both awards during the fall.

Founded in 1922, the CSCAA is the nation's first organization of college coaches. The mission of the CSCAA is to advance the sport of swimming and diving with coaches at the epicenter of leadership, advocacy, and professional development.
