KANSAS City, Mo. – The Allegheny women's soccer team was recognized by the United Soccer Coaches (USC) with the College Team Academic Award for their exemplary performance in the classroom during the 2024-25 academic year.
 
To earn the award, a team must maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Allegheny finished with a GPA of 3.66. It marks the 14th time they have earned the honor since 2006.
 
United Soccer Coaches annually celebrates the academic achievements of teams whose student-athletes collectively demonstrate a commitment to excellence in their studies over the course of a full academic year. A total of 742 soccer teams (303 men, 439 women) posted a team grade-point average of 3.0 or higher, thereby earning the United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award for the 2023-24 academic year.
