MEADVILLE, Pa. – The Allegheny men's track and field team competed at their home Marty Goldberg Gator Invitational Thursday (May 8).
 
Overall, the men won five events.
 
Aaron Moon (Springfield, Va./Lake Braddock) was victorious in the long jump. His best attempt of the afternoon came on his final attempt, leaping 7.15 meters.
 
Cole Jooste (Upper Saint Clair, Pa./Upper Saint Clair) also collected a win, taking first in the 1,500 meter run with a time of 4:09.14.
 
Austin Stewart (Pittsburgh, Pa./Serra Catholic) placed first in the 800 meter run, crossing the finish line with a time of 2:02.92.
 
Orion Grieco (Spencerport, N.Y./Spencerport) had a win in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 1:02.27.
 
The meet finished with the 4x400 meter relay team winning with a time of 3:40.20.
