TRAFFORD, Pa. – Olivia Devries (Kent, Ohio/Field) of the Allegheny softball team was named the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Hitter of the Week.
 
Devries hit .455 in six games with three doubles and two home runs while driving in six runs.
 
The senior third baseman hit a home run in each game of the home doubleheader against Franciscan. She moved into sole possession of fifth place in career home runs at Allegheny. She finished that doubleheader with four hits. Devries had one hit in each game against Geneva before tallying two hits in each game of a doubleheader at Thiel. In the first game, she had a pair of doubles, driving in three runs.
 
The Gators are back in action Wednesday (April 16) at Bethany.
