OBERLIN, Ohio -- Senior Aaron Moon (Springfield, Va./Lake Braddock) led the Allegheny College men's indoor track and field team with a pair of wins at Oberlin College's Dan Kinsey Invite, hosted by the Yeomen inside the John W. Heisman Field House on Friday night.

Moon, the reigning Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Field Athlete of the Week, logged a first-place performance in both the 60-meter dash and the long jump. His sprint time of 7.14 seconds was a season-best, making him one of three Gators inside the top five in the event alongside Carter Betz (Pittsburgh, Pa./Brentwood) and Otis Thomas (Solon, Ohio/Solon).

In the field events, Moon secured his second victory in the long jump. He reached 6.88 meters on his third attempt and edged Hiram College's Gavin Dunn, who hit 6.83 meters on his third try. Moon also placed third in the pole vault by clearing 3.80 meters.

Thomas, who placed fifth in the 60-meter dash at 7.33 seconds, added another personal record in the 200-meter race. He was third in the 200 at 23.93 seconds, the first of three consecutive Gators to cross the finish line along with VJ Praylor (Rochester, N.Y./Vertus Charter) and Betz.

In the 3,000-meter run, Desmond Corrado (Crafton, Pa./Carlynton) shaved more than 19 seconds off of his performance from last week. The senior placed second with a personal record of 9:03.24. The Gators also received runner-up performances from Austin Stewart (Pittsburgh, Pa./Serra Catholic) in the 400-meter dash and Cherrieke Bufis (Rochester, N.Y./Vertus Charter) in the triple jump.
