TRAFFORD, Pa. -- Allegheny College's
Aaron Moon was tabbed the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Men's Field Athlete of the Week for the fourth time this season.
Moon's fourth award comes after another strong performance in the long jump at Case Western Reserve University's Ed Finnigan Greater Cleveland Colleges Invite on Friday. The senior placed second in the long jump with a mark of 6.92 meters, his second-best of the season. Moon also ran the 200-meter dash in 23.36 seconds.
Heading into Thursday's PAC Indoor Championships at Youngstown State University, Moon ranks among the top 10 in the PAC in seven different events: long jump (first), high jump (third), 60-meter hurdles (third), triple jump (fourth), pole vault (sixth), 60-meter dash (sixth), and 200-meter dash (eighth).
Last year's PAC Indoor Track and Field MVP Moon will lead the Gators to the 2024-25 PAC Indoor Championships inside YSU's Youngstown Watson and Tressel Training Site (WATTS) on Thursday afternoon.
