Final Results
GROVE CITY, Pa. – The Allegheny women's swimming and diving team finished the 2025 Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Championships Saturday (Feb. 22), hosted by Grove City.
The Gators ended the PAC Championships in fifth place, earning 357 points. Grove City won the overall team title.
The final day started with the finals of the 1,650 freestyle. Olivia Johnson (Trafford, Pa./Penn-Trafford), Grace Wilson (Erie, Pa./Fort LeBouef) and Miranda Fanning (TIffin, Ohio/Columbian) represented the Gators in the event. Johnson took 13th with a time of 20:07.15. Wilson was just behind in 14th with a time of 20:08.85 while Fanning was 16th with a time of 20:25.41.
Paisley Eveland (Corvallis, Ore./Crescent Valley) earned a spot in the consolation finals of the 200 backstroke. She finished 15th overall with a time of 2:29.12.
Katya Pryshchenko (Berwyn, Pa./Aim Academy) qualified for the championship finals of the 100 freestyle. With a time of 57.02, she placed eighth. Magnolia Myers (Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio/Our Lady of the Elms) raced in the consolation finals of the event, taking 12th with a time of 59.88.
Josephine Reiter (Pittsburgh, Pa./CAPA) and Kerrigan Swartz (Brookville, Pa./Brookville Area) earned spots in the championship finals of the 200 breaststroke. Reiter ended up in third with a time of 2:32.63 while Swartz was seventh with a time of 2:38.68. Emily Arendas (North Huntingdon, Pa./Norwin) qualified for the consolation finals, placing 13th with a time of 2:46.70.
Anna Kohler (Sewickley, Pa./Avonworth) was in the consolation finals of the 200 butterfly. She won the heat with a time of 2:29.22 to finish ninth overall.
The 2025 Championships ended with the 400 freestyle relay. The team of Pryshchenko, Swartz, Reiter and Kohler finished fourth with a time of 3:50.77. The Gators also had the team of Myers, Wilson, Fanning and Arendas compete, taking 12th with a time of 4:04.02.
