Day Two Results
GROVE CITY, Pa. – The Allegheny women's swimming and diving team continued competition at the 2025 Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Championships, hosted by Grove City, Thursday (Feb. 20).
The evening started with four Gators swimming in the consolation finals of the 500 freestyle.
Katya Pryshchenko (Berwyn, Pa./Aim Academy),
Grace Wilson (Erie, Pa./Fort LeBouef),
Olivia Johnson (Trafford, Pa./Penn-Trafford) and
Josephine Reiter (Pittsburgh, Pa./CAPA) represented Allegheny. Pryshchenko was 11th with a time of 5:42.07. Reiter was 12th with a time of 5:42.42. Johnson was 14th, clocking in at 5:48.47 while Wilson was 15th at 5:48.73.
Kerrigan Swartz (Brookville, Pa./Brookville Area) raced in the consolation finals of the 200 individual medley. WIth a time of 2:26.71, Swartz placed 15th overall.
Emily Arendas (North Huntingdon, Pa./Norwin) and
Anna Kohler (Sewickley, Pa./Avonworth) qualified for the consolation finals of the 50 freestyle. Kohler was 13th with a time of 26.30 while Arendas was just behind in 14th with a time of 26.35.
The evening ended with the 400 medley relay. The team of Pryshchenko, Reiter, Kohler and Swartz carded a third place finish with a time of 4:12.81.
Paisley Eveland (Corvallis, Ore./Crescent Valley), Arendas,
Magnolia Myers (Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio/Our Lady of the Elms) and
Miranda Fanning (TIffin, Ohio/Columbian) also competed in the relay, taking 11th with a time of 4:31.88.
