PAC Release

TRAFFORD, Pa. – Serena Carnahan (Plum, Pa./Plum) of the Allegheny women's soccer team was named the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Newcomer of the Week after helping the Gators go 2-0 last week.
 
Allegheny picked up a 5-1 win against Washington and Jefferson and a 2-0 win against Hiram last week. 
 
In the Gators second game of the week, Carnahan tallied her first career goal after heading in a corner kick. That stroke proved to be the winning goal in the contest.
 
The Gators are back in action Wednesday (Oct. 15) when they travel to Westminster.
