MEADVILLE, Pa. – The Allegheny women's swimming team hosted Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) foe Washington and Jefferson Saturday (Jan. 18) on Senior Day.
 
The Gators won the meet by a score of 157-94, winning eight races.
 
Before the meet, the Gators honored their two seniors: Leah Frase (Madison, Ohio/Madison) and Katya Pryshchenko (Berwyn, Pa./Aim Academy).
 
Pryshchenko was responsible for two of the individual wins. She won the 100 freestyle with a time of 58.29 and the 200 freestyle with a time of 2:08.97.
 
Josephine Reiter (Pittsburgh, Pa./CAPA) also had a pair of wins in the breaststroke events. She captured the 100 at 1:13.18 and the 200 at 2:42.84.
 
Grace Wilson (Erie, Pa./Fort LeBouef) won the 500 freestyle with a time of 6:04.33 while Olivia Johnson (Trafford, Pa./Penn-Trafford) was first in the 1,000 freestyle with a time of 12:27.19.
 
Anna Kohler (Sewickley, Pa./Avonworth) rounded out the individual winners by taking first in the 200 butterfly with a time of 2:33.07.
 
The 200 medley relay team of Pryshchenko, Reiter, Kohler and Kerrigan Swartz (Brookville, Pa./Brookville Area) won with a time of 1:57.86.
