NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. – The Allegheny men's swimming team was on the road Saturday (Nov. 2) at Westminster.
 
The Gators fell to the Titans 126-50. Overall, Allegheny claimed victory in three events.
 
Jack Malnar (Brecksville, Ohio/Brecksville-Broadview Heights) and Emmet Fluharty (Cleveland, Ohio/Cleveland Heights) had individual wins. 
 
Malnar's win came in the 100 freestyle with a time of 51.39. He also had a second place finish in the 50 freestyle with a time of 23.43.
 
Fluharty won the 100 butterfly with a time of 59.48 while taking second in the 100 breaststroke with a time of 1:05.24.
 
Sam Kohler (Sewickley, Pa./Avonworth) had a runner-up finish in the 500 freestyle with a time of 5:23.05.
 
Eleano Barone (Johnstown, Pa./Palmyra Area), Fluharty, Malnar and Kohler combined to earn first in the 200 freestyle relay with a time of 1:33.22.
