NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. -- For the third time this spring, Allegheny College standout
Senna Perelman (Cleveland, Ohio/Cleveland Heights) garnered Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Midfielder of the Week accolades.
In a pair of lopsided conference wins over Bethany College and Saint Vincent College, Perelman totaled nine points (5g-4a) with eight ground balls, seven draw controls, and five caused turnovers.
In Wednesday's 19-3 victory over the Bison, Perelman scored three goals with two assists. Her third point of the evening put her in historic company, as she became just the sixth Gator in program history to reach 200 career points. During Saturday's 20-6 triumph over the Bearcats, Perelman added four points (2g-2a) with a season-high-tying six draw controls, three ground balls, and three caused turnovers.
In 13 games so far this season, Perelman has already career highs in points (77), assists (24), and caused turnovers (22). Nationally, she ranks 18th in Division III in points, 25th in points per game (5.92), and 27th in goals (53).
Perelman and the AC women's lacrosse team travel to Chatham University for their next PAC contest on Wednesday, April 19, at 4:00 p.m.
