PAC Release
NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. -- After leading the Allegheny College women's lacrosse team to a 14-7 road win over Fredonia State on Saturday,
Senna Perelman (Cleveland, Ohio/Cleveland Heights) was named the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Midfielder of the Week.
Perelman was solely responsible for seven of Allegheny's 17 total points in the victory over the Blue Devils. The fourth-year midfielder produced game highs in points (7) and goals (6), while adding five caused turnovers, four ground balls, and four draw controls. Her performance not only helped the Gators hand Fredonia State its first loss of the 2023 season, but the Blue Devils were limited to a season-worst seven goals after scoring 20 in back-to-back games.
Through the first two games of the spring campaign, Perelman, who joined the 100-goal club in the opener against Oberlin College, leads all Gators with a team-high 12 points (11g-2a).
Allegheny is set for its next two games on the West Coast. On Tuesday, March 7, the Gators will face Whitworth University at 6:00 p.m. EST/3:00 p.m. PST.
