Full PAC Release

TRAFFORD, Pa. – Senna Perelman (Cleveland, Ohio/Cleveland Heights) and Lauren Petrarca (Simi Valley, Calif./Royal) of the Allegheny women's lacrosse team were named the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Midfielder and Offensive Players of the Week, respectively, for their performances last week.
 
This marks the second time that each of them have earned PAC weekly honors.
 
Perelman tallied 13 points on 10 goals and three assists in a pair of games last week. Against Ohio Wesleyan, she scored two goals with an assist while collecting two groundballs and causing a turnover. In a PAC win against Thiel, Perelman scored a career-high eight goals with two assists in addition to four draw controls, three groundballs and causing a turnover. For the season, Perelman leads the team with 51 points on 38 goals and 13 assists.
 
Petrarca registered 11 points on nine goals and two assists last week. She had a hat trick as well as three groundballs and three draw controls against Ohio Wesleyan. In the victory against Thiel, Petrarca had a career-high eight points on six goals, two assist with three draw controls. On the year, Petrarca has 40 points on 35 goals and five assists.
 
The Gators are back in action Wednesday (March 29) at 5pm against Waynesburg.
