PAC Release

NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. -- Aaron Moon (Springfield, Va./Lake Braddock) of the Allegheny College men's track and field team was honored by the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) as the conference's first Track Athlete of the Week of the 2023-24 indoor season.

In his first meet as a Gator, the junior transfer from Bridgewater College finished inside the top eight in three events at Case Western Reserve University's 10th Annual Spartan Holiday Classic.

Moon's best performance was in the 60-meter dash, where he placed third with a time of 6.98 seconds. He also took eighth in the 200-meter dash at 23.29 seconds. In the 60-meter hurdles, Moon placed fifth in both rounds. He also set a new personal record in the hurdle prelims at 8.60 seconds, seven-hundredths of a second better than his previous PR.

The Gators will send their multi-event athletes to Susquehanna University for the Susquehanna Early Season Multi and Invite on Friday, December 8, and Saturday, December 9.
