MEADVILLE, Pa. -- Allegheny College baseball, under the direction of sixth-year head coach
Brandon Crum, has announced its schedule for the upcoming 2023 season.
The Gators are currently scheduled to play 32 games in addition to a week-long road trip to Arizona for the Tucson Invitational Games in early March.

The spring begins with a three-game series against John Carroll University at the Linda K. Epling Stadium in Beckley, West Virginia, on Saturday and Sunday, February 25 and 26. The Gators then flock west for the Tucson Invitational Games during the first week of March. The full schedule for the spring-break trip will be updated when more details are available.
Allegheny returns to Meadville for the 2023 home opener, a doubleheader against Houghton College out of the Empire 8 Conference at the Robertson Athletic Complex on Saturday, March 18.
Four days later, preseason No. 9 nationally-ranked Baldwin Wallace University (3/22) will welcome AC to Berea, Ohio, for a single game at 2:00 p.m.
On March 25, the Gators will officially return to the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) with a doubleheader against Franciscan University in Steubenville, Ohio. The first home PAC twin bill is a mid-week doubleheader against Westminster College (3/28).
The Gators will also host PAC rivals Chatham University (4/15), Waynesburg University (4/22), Thiel College (4/26), and Saint Vincent College (4/29) at the Roberson Athletic Complex throughout the month of April.
The fight for a spot atop the PAC standings may come down to the final weekend of the regular season. Allegheny faces the three-time defending conference champions from Washington and Jefferson College, who were ranked No. 27 in the preseason edition of the Collegiate Baseball Newspaper Division III Poll, on Saturday, May 6.
The four-team 2023 PAC Championship Tournament will be hosted by the No. 1 seed and begins on Thursday, May 11.
