NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. – Daniel Jackson (Warwick, N.Y./Warwick) of the Allegheny men's swimming and diving team was named the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Swimmer of the Week for his performances in a pair of meets this past weekend.
 
In a 133-120 win against Saint Vincent, Jackson won three individual races. He swept the breaststroke events, taking the 100 with a time of 1:01.42 and the 200 with a time of 2:18.61, and won the 400 individual medley with a time of 4:25.00. Jackson also helped the 200 medley relay team earn a victory with a time of 1:40.02.
 
In the Gators second meet of the weekend against Clarion, Jackson won the 100 breaststroke with a time of 1:00.85.
 
Jackson and the Gators are back in action Saturday (Nov. 5) at 1 pm at Edinboro.
