UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS, Ohio-- The Allegheny College track and field teams started their 2018-19 indoor campaigns at the Case Western Reserve University Spartan Holiday Classic Saturday (Dec. 1).
 
On the women's side, Tori Valachovic had the top finish for the Gators, as she placed fourth in the 200 meter dash with a time of 27.33.  Jasmine Reid-Harris had an 11^th-place finish in the race with a time of 28.26.  Brooke Irwin placed 23^rd with a time of 29.15. 
 
Valchovic also had the top Gator finish in the 60 meter dash as she took 17^th with a time of 8.43.  Reid-Harris took 20^th with a time of 8.47 while Kathryn Sutter was just behind her in 21^st with a time of 8.54.
 
Lindsey Sekersky took 11^th in the pole vault, clearing 2.45 meters
 
On the men's side, Sean Parenti placed ninth in the 200 meter dash with a time of 23.79.  Ben Fisler had a 19^th place finish in that race with a time of 24.82. 
 
In addition to his finish in the 200 meter dash, Parenti took 15^th in the 60 meter dash with a time of 7.37. 
 
The Gators are back in action Jan. 16 when they travel back to Ohio for the Youngstown State Invitational.
