PAC Release

TRAFFORD, Pa. -- The Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) released the results of its women's volleyball preseason coaches' poll and its list of players to watch from each team during the upcoming 2026 season.

After splitting the conference into two divisions last fall, the PAC has reverted to a single, 12-team standing for 2026. In the preseason poll, Allegheny College finished in eighth place with 71 points. The Gators trailed seventh-place Thiel College by just four points, but held a 19-point lead over the ninth-place team, Saint Vincent College.

The PAC's Players to Watch list included four Gators. Middle hitter Skyler Fatola (Queen Creek, Ariz./Eastmark) returns for her senior campaign after earning All-PAC Second Team honors with career highs in kills (232) and blocks (77) in 2025. Fatola is joined by two of her classmates, defensive specialist Duru Akbas (Ankara, Turkey/Layton Christian Academy (Utah)) and right side Carly Beers (Warren, Pa./Warren). Junior outside hitter Carlee Pepperman (Bellefonte, Pa./Bellefonte Area) was also highlighted after logging a team-high 258 kills as an All-PAC Honorable Mention in 2025.

The Gators' 2026 schedule begins with a road trip to the College of Wooster on Tuesday, September 1, at 7 p.m.
