DELAWARE, Ohio – The Allegheny women's track and field team competed at the Ohio Wesleyan Team Challenge Saturday (Jan. 24). 
 
The Gators took on host Ohio Wesleyan as well as Oberlin at the meet, finishing third with 48 points.
 
Shyann Rulander (Warren, Pa./Warren) had the best individual finish on the track, placing second in the 800 meter run with a time of 2:33.93.
 
Aubryanna Snyder (Aliquippa, Pa./Hopewell) was fourth in the 200 meter dash with a time of 27.84. Evie Ellenberger (Pittsburgh, Pa./Upper St. Clair) was fifth in the 60 meter dash at 8.34 seconds, Gabriella Palmer (Ligonier, Pa./Ligonier Valley) was fifth in the 3,000 meter run at 11:22.54 while Hevin Harvard (Bridgeville, Pa./Chartiers Valley) was fifth in the 60 meter hurdles at 10.83 seconds.
 
The 4x200 meter relay team of Mariah Helvy-Bruce (Braddock, Pa./Woodland Hills), Lilly Larkin (Pittsburgh, Pa./North Hills), Renee Tetlow (Geneva, Ohio/Geneva) and Logan Wagner (Woodville, Ohio/Oak Harbor) finished as the runner-up with a time of 1:52.38.
 
In the field events, Corinne Inkley (Randolph, N.Y./Randolph Central) placed second in the pole vault, clearing a height of 3.25 meters and third in the long jump with a leap of 4.65 meters.
 
Maggie Moore (Elmira, N.Y./Notre Dame) was sixth in the shot put with a toss of 8.33 meters while Madison Mullen (Riva, Md./Severn School) was sixth in the weight throw with a distance of 9.44 meters.
