DANBURY, Conn. -- Allegheny College senior
Luke Barker (New Castle, Pa./Struthers (Ohio)) was included on the Division III Men's Basketball All-Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) First Team, as announced by the conference on Thursday.
It's the second postseason honor for Barker, who was named to the All-Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Second Team at the conclusion of the 2024-25 campaign.
Barker was the top scorer in the PAC this winter. He led the conference in both points (519) and points per game (20.8). Against conference opponents, his scoring average rose to 21.1 points per game. Barker was also first in the PAC in free throws (142), second in free-throw percentage (85.5%), sixth in assists per game (3.1), and seventh in field-goal percentage (48.9%). He reached double figures in all but three games this season, and in the finale at Bethany College, he poured in a career-high 41 points.
For his career, Barker will graduate this spring first all-time in program history in free-throw percentage (83.1%), fourth in career points (1,454) and made 3-point field goals (181), and fifth in career free throws (301).
