PAC Release
TRAFFORD, Pa. – Emily Lauer (Knox, Pa./Keystone) of the Allegheny women's basketball team was named the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Player of the Week for her performances in a pair conference wins last week.
For the week, Lauer averaged 24.5 points and 8.0 rebounds per game.
In a road victory at Geneva, Lauer scored 22 points with eight rebounds and a steal. Later in the week at home against Waynesburg, Lauer added 27 more points and eight rebounds. In that game, she eclipsed the 1,600 career points.
This season, Lauer is currently third in the conference in points per game with 18.2 while shooting 47.8% from the floor.
Allegheny is back at home Wednesday (Feb. 5), playing host to Grove City.
