MEADVILLE, Pa. – The Allegheny men's swimming opened the home slate of their 2025-26 schedule Saturday (Nov. 1) against Westminster.
 
The Gators fell to the Titans by a score of 149-50.
 
Sam Kohler (Pittsburgh, Pa./Avonworth) had a pair of first-place finishes for the Gators. He won the 100 freestyle with a time of 50.43 as well as the 100 butterfly with a time of 56.98. Kohler also finished 2nd in the 200 butterfly.
 
Ryan Owen (Weirton, W. Va./Weir) was second in the 500 freestyle, the 100 backstroke and the 200 individual medley.
 
Christian Habusta (Erie, Pa./Fairview) was the runner-up in the 50 freestyle while Oscar Zúñiga (San Luis Potosi, Mexico/Instituto Potosino Marista) was second in the 200 breaststroke.
 
The four teamed up in the 200 freestyle to take second with a time of 1:41.38.
