Pedisich Joins Men's Lacrosse Coaching Staff

MEADVILLE, Pa. -- Allegheny College head men's lacrosse coach Jeff Roberts is pleased to announce the addition of Joe Pedisich as an assistant coach for the upcoming 2026 season.

Pedisich joined the Gators after spending the past four years as an assistant coach at two Pennsylvania-based Division III institutions. He served as an assistant coach at Haverford College from 2022-23 and most recently completed his master's degree while working as a graduate assistant at Misericordia University during the 2024 and 2025 seasons.

During his tenure at Misericordia, Pedisich coordinated the Cougars' offense while assisting with all other aspects of the program, including recruiting, budget management, fundraising, and academic support. While implementing the team's offensive strategies and gameplans, he mentored two of Misericordia's all-time leading goal scorers, including attackman Connor Bevan, who set a team record with 59 goals in Pedisich's first year in 2024. In his two seasons, 11 Cougars earned All-Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Freedom honors, and Misericordia was recognized in 2025 with a Team Academic Award from the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA).

Originally from Lake Ronkonkoma, New York, Pedisich was a multi-sport student-athlete at Arcadia University, where he played lacrosse alongside fellow Allegheny assistant coach AJ Beck. His sophomore season was his most productive, as he set career highs in points (41), goals (29), and assists (12). Pedisich also captained the men's swimming team at Arcadia and qualified for two "A" finals at the 2020 MAC Championships. He placed seventh in the 200-yard backstroke and eighth in the 200-yard butterfly. His 200-yard backstroke time of 1:59.25 remains the fifth-fastest in program history.

Pedisich earned his bachelor's degree in sports management from Arcadia in 2021. He completed his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in sports business from Misericordia in the spring of 2025.
