TRAFFORD, Pa. – Bella Antonacci (Indiana, Pa./Indiana Area) of the Allegheny women's basketball team was named the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Player of the Week for her performances in a pair of conference victories last week.
 
Antonacci helped the Gators defeat Geneva and Waynesburg last week by averaging 23.5 points per game while shooting 57% (20-of-35) from the floor. This marks her second weekly honor from the conference, previously being recognized as the Newcomer of the Week.
 
In the home victory against Geneva, Antonacci neared a triple double with a 15 point, 10 rebound, seven assist performance while also registering five steals. On the road at Waynesburg, Antonacci scored a season-best 32 points with four rebounds, four assists, three steals and a block.
 
For the season, Antonacci is averaging 13.8 points, 6.9 rebounds and 5.6 assists per game.
 
The Gators are back at home Saturday (Dec. 14), playing host to Franciscan.
