TRAFFORD, Pa. – Cadan Bennett (Gibsonia, Pa./Pine-Richland) of the Allegheny men's soccer team was named as the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Goalkeeper of the Week.
 
This marks his third honor from the conference this season after previously being named Newcomer of the Week twice.
 
Bennett put together a pair of clean sheets last week for the Gators. In the regular season finale at Saint Vincent, Bennett made a pair of stops as Allegheny won 4-0. At home Saturday (Nov. 2) against Chatham in the PAC Quarterfinals, Bennett had an impressive 10 stops as he helped the Gators move into the semifinals with a convincing 5-0 victory.
 
For the season, Bennett has made 89 saves.
 
Allegheny, the fourth-seed in the PAC Championships, travels to top-seed Franciscan for a semifinal matchup Wednesday (Nov. 6).
