MEADVILLE, Pa. – The Allegheny men's tennis team had their 10-0 start to the season ended by nationally-ranked No. 13 Case Western Reserve on Friday afternoon. The Spartans picked up a 6-0, rain-shortened win over the Gators at the Robertson Tennis Complex.

The Spartans swept the three singles matches to complete the weather-shortened sweep. Junior
Charlie Murphy won his first set, 6-5, in No. 4 singles before his match was called due to rain.
The Gators will travel to Wooster, Ohio on Saturday, Apr. 12 for a North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) matchup against the College of Wooster Fighting Scots before returning home on Sunday for the final game at the Robertson Tennis Complex this season against Penn State Behrend.
