NFHCA Release

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- Allegheny College was one of three North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) teams with student-athletes included on the 2026 National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Division III Watchlist.

The 2026 NFHCA Watchlist recognizes field hockey student-athletes who have demonstrated a high level of achievement and are considered among those with strong potential for NFHCA All-Region and All-American consideration this season.

To be nominated for the 2026 NFHCA Watchlist, student-athletes must have been previously recognized for their outstanding field hockey abilities within the past two years (NFHCA All-Region, NFHCA All-American, All-Conference, Senior Nexus Championship selection, NCAA All-Tournament Team, and/or U.S. National or International Team roster) and nominated by their NFHCA member coach.

Senior defender Emily Jackson (Oreland, Pa./Springfield Township), junior goalie Rowan O'Toole (Glen Burnie, Md./Archbishop Spalding), and sophomore defender Bryce Watford (Parkville, Md./Eastern Technical) represented the Gators on the 2026 NFHCA Watchlist. Jackson was an All-NCAC Third Team selection last fall. O'Toole, who was also named to the NFHCA watchlist last season, returns to the cage after earning back-to-back All-NCAC First Team nods. In her collegiate debut in 2025, Watford was included on the All-NCAC Second Team.
