Henderson Named to Division III All-ECAC Team

DANBURY, Conn. --
Allegheny College's Amelia Henderson (Pittsburgh, Pa./North Allegheny) was one of 12 student-athletes who received All-Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) honors from the conference office on Wednesday.

Henderson, the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PA) Defensive Player of the Year, was one of only two players from the PAC included on the 2025 Division III All-ECAC Team. She started all 17 games this spring and set new single-season career-highs in ground balls (66) and caused turnovers (39). Henderson picked up a career-high 10 ground balls with six caused turnovers against Thiel College on April 12. In the next conference outing at Westminster College on April 19, she added five caused turnovers with five ground balls. She also had a two-goal performance in a 22-1 win against Geneva College on April 23.

For her career, Henderson has collected 157 ground balls with 104 caused turnovers and 19 points (13g-6a) in 52 games played.
