LEWISBURG, Pa. – The Allegheny men's track and field team sent four competitors to the Bucknell Bison Outdoor Classic this weekend (April 13-14).
 
The field at Bucknell consisted of several Division I, Division II and top Division III schools.
 
Jonah Wells (Wyndmoor, Pa./Springfield Township) placed 28th in the javelin with a throw of 48.11 meters.
 
Peter Lantz (Lewisburg, Pa./Lewisburg) competed in the 3,000 meter steeplechase. He finished in 47th with a time of 9:49.44 to take 47th. That time was a season-best and is second in the Presidents' Athletic Conference.
 
Austin Stewart (Pittsburgh, Pa./Serra Catholic) ran the 400 meter dash. He finished in 60th. with a time of 50.29. That time is currently the second best in the PAC.
 
Aaron Moon (Springfield, Va./Lake Braddock) rounded out the competitors in the 100 meter dash. He placed 72nd with a time of 11.16 seconds, a season-best time.
