LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Allegheny College's
Cassady Bouthet (Vernon, Conn./Rockville) was named to the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) Division III Team of the Week, as announced by the national organization on Wednesday.
A third-year defenseman, Bouthet logged his first career multi-point and multi-goal game in the regular-season finale against Franciscan University. He helped the Gators secure a berth in the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Championship Tournament with a 17-9 victory over the Barons with two pole goals, four ground balls, and one caused turnover.
The Allegheny men's lacrosse team wrapped up its 2023 campaign with a loss to top-seeded Grove City College in the PAC semis. In 16 games played, Bouthet led all Gators with 23 caused turnovers and was second on the team with a career-high 68 ground balls.
Bouthet joins teammate
