A career performance by Barber in Allegheny's 49-0 rout of North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) rival Kenyon led to the senior wide receiver earning NCAC Football Offensive Athlete of the Week honors as well as Allegheny Gator Athlete of the Week.

Barber scored three touchdowns on strikes of 53, 7 and 86 yards. In total, the 6-6 senior recorded a career-best 182 yards on his seven grabs, besting his previous career high of 131 from last season at Kenyon.
