Allegheny senior goalkeeper Jake Pugliese earned his second shutout of the season, helping the Gators to a 1-0 shutout over previously undefeated Denison, ranked 25th in the nation, on Saturday at Frank B. Fuhrer Field. Pugliese played all 90 minutes in goal and turned in five saves to help Allegheny remain unbeaten (2-0-1) in North Coast Athletic Conference action, while dropping Denison to 9-1-1 (1-1-1 NCAC).
