Allegheny College Athletics

The Allegheny College women's cross country team earned an automatic bid to the 2018 NCAA Division-III Championships as they finished second at the Great Lakes Regional held by Franklin College Saturday.  Emily Forner had the best finish for the Gators once again, adding to her storied season.  It was her top finish at the at the Great Lakes Regional, as she placed second with a time of 21:12.4.  She was just 14 seconds behind Otterbein's Claire Lamb, who won the race. It marks the third All-Region finish for Forner.
