MEADVILLE, PA. – Travis Larner, Director of Athletics Communications and Marketing, is pleased to announce the addition of Luke Dieter as Allegheny College's Assistant Director of Athletics Communications and Marketing.

From New Wilmington, Pennsylvania, Dieter graduated from Grove City College in 2025 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. During his time at Grove City, he served on the campus photography staff, responsible for covering athletic events. In addition, he served as a media intern with the men's and women's tennis teams, where he captured photos and video and managed the teams' social media presence.

"We are happy to have Luke join our communications team here at Allegheny College," Larner said. "His experience in creative media is a perfect addition to our office and will help us boost our digital media presence."

Prior to his role at Allegheny, Dieter worked at Iron Mountain as an Imaging Studio Specialist, where he digitized and remastered photography for client use. Dieter also spent time at Westminster College, working in both creative and administrative roles from 2022 to 2026. Some of his most notable roles were as an intern to the Deputy Director of Athletics for Communications and Administration, and as a freelance Digital Media and Design Assistant with the Westminster College Alumni Association.

In his new role with the Gators, Dieter is primarily responsible for assisting with the coverage and promotion of Allegheny's 24 varsity sports teams, gameday operations, content creation, including photography, videography, graphic design, and managing social media channels. 

"I am truly excited to be in this role," Dieter said. "The opportunity to support the department and to help recognize the dedication and hard work of student-athletes is something that I won't take for granted."
