Bryant-Dawson, Jennings Highlight Baseball's Six All-PAC Honorees

PAC Release

TRAFFORD, Pa. --
Six players from the Allegheny College baseball team were included on the 2025 All-Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Teams, as announced by the conference during a special awards show on the PAC Sports Network on Wednesday.

Highlighting the half-dozen honorees were Tyson Bryant-Dawson (Oakland, Calif./Manvel (Texas)) and Matt Jennings (Birmingham, Mich./Brother Rice), who were elected to the All-PAC First Team. William Wolff (Naples, Fla./Gulf Coast), Tommy Landsnes (Richmond, Va./Brunswick Academy), and Walker Cunningham (Cambridge Springs, Pa./Cambridge Springs) were named to the All-PAC Second Team. JD Robinson (Round Hill, Va./Woodgrove) was also included as an honorable mention selection.

Coaches around the conference voted Bryant-Dawson to the All-PAC First Team for a third consecutive season. One of the greatest talents to don the Blue and Gold, Bryant-Dawson continued to do damage from the top of the lineup as a senior. The outfielder batted .353 with 49 hits, a team-high seven home runs, and 32 RBIs. His .604 slugging percentage ranked third in the PAC, while his seven homers tied for third. Bryant-Dawson reached base safely in 34 consecutive games to start the season and in 36 of 38 games played. He also pitched in nine contests out of the bullpen with two saves, a 2.31 ERA, and 16 strikeouts. For his career, Bryant-Dawson graduated second all-time in program history in stolen bases (84), third in hits (198) and runs scored (157), and fourth in RBIs (149).

A repeat All-PAC First Teamer, Jennings was honored as the top utility player in the conference in 2025. The senior started all 40 games this season in the outfield, as the designated hitter, or on the mound. He led all Gators with 62 hits and 22 stolen bases to go along with 36 RBIs and 38 runs scored. Jennings extended his 41-game on-base streak from last year to 48 in a row at the start of the season, then added another 28-game on-base streak for good measure. As a pitcher, Jennings went 3-1 with a 3.89 earned-run average and 23 strikeouts. He struck out a season-high seven in his first collegiate start on the mound against Anderson University on March 4. Jennings also threw a combined 14.0 innings in his last two starts without allowing an earned run.

Jennings received an additional award as Allegheny's representative on the PAC Sportsmanship Team. The PAC Sportsmanship Teams were established to recognize student-athletes who have distinguished themselves through demonstrated acts of sportsmanship and ethical behavior, and are an ongoing effort to recognize and encourage positive sportsmanship among all PAC teams and student-athletes.

With a noteworthy senior year, Wolff earned his first-ever All-PAC award at first base. He posted career-highs in batting average (.372), on-base percentage (.440), slugging percentage (.616), and home runs (4). The 6-foot-4, 230-pound slugger ranked second in the PAC among qualified batters in slugging percentage and seventh in batting average. Wolff tied a career-high with five RBIs in an 11-7 win in the nightcap against Waynesburg University and homered in consecutive games against Saint Vincent College and Westminster College in late April.

Landsnes exploded onto the scene as a sophomore, earning an All-PAC Second Team nod at designated hitter. He batted .346 with a .440 on-base percentage and a team-high 38 RBIs. Three of his 47 hits left the yard as Landsnes launched his first collegiate homers in three consecutive games. The lefty hitter hit dingers in both halves of a PAC doubleheader against Thiel College on April 4, then began the series with Franciscan University on April 6 with a homer and season-high five RBIs.

The ace of the Allegheny rotation in 2025 was Cunningham. In nine starts, the local product from nearby Cambridge Springs recorded career bests in ERA (2.59), batting average against (.221), strikeouts (52), and innings pitched (55.2). The right-handed hurler struck out eight against Waynesburg on March 22, followed up seven days later with a career-high 8.1 innings and nine strikeouts in a 4-1 win over Chatham University. Cunningham also gutted out a complete game with 8.0 innings in a tough 3-1 loss to Grove City College in the second round of the PAC Championship Tournament.

An All-PAC Second-Team recipient in 2024, Robinson was named an honorable mention as a senior despite missing 11 games due to injury. The shortstop hit .289 with 28 hits, 18 runs, 16 RBIs, and one home run this spring. Robinson ended the spring-break trip in Florida with three hits, three runs, and two RBIs in a 20-5 victory against Roger Williams University. He logged a season-high four hits in a 6-1 non-conference win versus John Carroll University on April 29.
