GRANVILLE, Ohio – The Allegheny field hockey team traveled to Denison Saturday (Oct. 4) for a North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) contest, falling to the Big Red 7-0.
After
Rowan O'Toole (Glen Burnie, Md./Archbishop Spalding) made several stops throughout the opening quarter, the Big Red got on the scoreboard late in the frame, scoring off a rebound. Denison added a goal early in the second as they took that 2-0 lead into the half
After a scoreless third quarter where O'Toole made three saves, Dension found the back of the net five in the fourth as the Gators fell in the conference contest.

- Maddie Gaines had a pair of goals to lead Denison.
