ANNVILLE, Pa. -- The Allegheny College men's tennis team finished its weekend road trip with another shutout victory, as the Gators defeated Lebanon Valley College, 7-0, on Saturday.

With Saturday's nonconference win, the Gators improved to 5-0 in dual matches during the fall portion of the season. They'll now enjoy a lengthy winter break before returning to action in February.

The top duo of David Rodriguez (St. Ann's, Trinidad & Tobago/Fatima College) and Reid Stasolla (Pittsburgh, Pa./Fox Chapel) overcame an early deficit to force a tiebreaker, but fell to LVC's (2-4) Jesse Beck and Zach Schrader, 7-6 (6).

Freshman standout Adam Memije (Monroeville, Pa./Gateway) earned his third singles win of the weekend while playing atop the lineup. He beat Schrader in consecutive sets, 6-2, 6-0.
