MEADVILLE, Pa. -- Allegheny College's Sarah Santicola (Moon Township, Pa./Moon Area) was named to the D3hoops.com Team of the Week on Tuesday.

Santicola, who also received Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Player of the Week accolades on Monday, was recognized following her double-double performance in a 75-65 win at Chatham University.

The third-year forward logged a double-double against Chatham, her ninth of the year, with 16 points and a game-high 16 rebounds. She also dished out five assists with two steals. Santicola shot 70.0% (7-of-10) from the floor while leading a defense that held the Cougars to the second-worst field goal percentage and third-lowest rebound totals of the season.

With the win, Allegheny took sole possession of second place in the PAC standings, while Chatham dropped to third place.

Santicola and the Gators will resume conference play on Wednesday, January 29, at 5:30 p.m. at Geneva College.
