TRAFFORD, Pa. – Sarah Santicola (Moon Township, Pa./Moon Area) of the Allegheny women's basketball team was named the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Player of the Week for her performance in a win at Chatham.
 
In their lone game of the week, the Gators picked up a 75-65 road win at Chatham. Santicola produced a 16 point, 16 rebound double-double in the game, her ninth double-double of the year. She shot seven-of-10 from the field and tied a team-high with five assists.
 
For the season, Santicola is averaging 13.4 points and a conference-best 11.6 rebounds per game.
 
The Gators are back in action Wednesday (Jan. 29) at Geneva.
