MEADVILLE, Pa. – The Allegheny women's swimming and diving team picked up a senior day victory against Chatham Saturday (Jan. 13).
 
The Gators won every event they competed in en route to a 110-82 victory.
 
Before the meet, the Gators honored senior Olivia Kraus (Pittsburgh, Pa./North Allegheny).
 
Kraus celebrated senior day with three wins. Those victories came in the 50 freestyle (24.81), 100 backstroke (1:08.24) and the 100 butterfly (1:00.83).
 
Katya Pryshchenko (Berwyn, Pa./AIM Academy) was responsible for three individual victories as well, touching first in the 100 (58.57), 200 (2:08.81) and 500 (5:50.05) freestyle events.
 
Three other Gators won individual events. Mary Evans (Rochester, N.Y./Arcadia) won the 1650 freestyle with a time of 20:40.39 while also taking second in the 100 backstroke and fourth in the 200 individual medley.
 
Josephine Reiter (Pittsburgh, Pa./CAPA) won the 100 breaststroke with a time of 1:15.47 while placing third in the 50 freestyle.
 
Leah Frase (Madison, Ohio/Madison) won the 200 individual medley with a time of 2:40.43 while taking second in the 100 breaststroke and third in the 500 freestyle.
 
Anna Kohler (Sewickley, Pa./Avonworth) finished second in the 200 freestyle and third in the 100 butterfly.
