MEADVILLE, Pa. – The Allegheny men's soccer team concluded nonconference play at home against Pitt Greensburg Tuesday (Sept. 26), falling to the Bobcats 1-0.
The Gators offense produced five shots on goal to Pitt Greensburg one in the opening half, with a different Gator credited with each one. Allegheny appeared to break the scoreless tie in the final minute, but a goal was negated due to an offsides call.
Pitt Greensburg got on the scoreboard in the 67th minute, scoring on a shot from the far side to take the lead.
The Gator offense continued to pressure the Bobcat defense in the final 20 minutes, putting three shots on target, but were unable to find the back of the net as they fell 1-0.

- Caleb Kendra (Beaver Falls, Pa./Riverside) made three saves.
- The Gators held a 17-10 advantage in shots though Pitt Greensburg had an advantage in corners, 5-2.
