MEADVILLE, Pa. – The Allegheny women's soccer team opened up Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) play against Bethany Wednesday (Sept. 20), defeating the Bison 2-0.
The Gators got out of the gates quickly. In just the third minute,

Emily Beck (Martinsburg, W. Va./Martinsburg) in the final minute but neither were able to capitalize as the Gators maintained their 1-0 lead at the half.
The Gators added to their lead in the 57th minute. After a Schworm header hit off the post,
Hallie Johnson (Canandaigua, N.Y./Canandaigua Academy) corralled the rebound and scored from close range, extending the advantage to 2-0.
